Last week I was contacted about three ongoing issues. These fellow residents hadn’t found me via Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn nor are they neighbours of mine. They found me via the power of an internet search engine! We have now reached a critical mass, where other residents seeking support for all things GreenSquareAccord are able to find our site!

In order to find us, other residents will need to be directed via a search engine to our site. This is managed by ensuring our pages make lots of references to GreenSquareAccord - SEO (Search Engine Optimisation).

If you type GreenSquareAccord into Yahoo, Microsoft Bing, or DuckDuckGo we are listed just below GreenSquareAccord’s own website.

Whilst on Google (which is a little harder to crack I’ll grant you) we are now at the top of page three!

Strength in numbers

While I have never made any claim to be able to ensure GreenSquareAccord respond to your emails, return your calls, or even ensure your homes are safe and well maintained, we can together ensure that the issues are out in the open. We can ensure that the truth is not hidden under a mountain of GreenSquareAccord spin. We are the voice of the customer, not just the voice GreenSquareAccord chooses to listen to.

• Be patient - it’s just me and I’m not able to recruit and pay for dozens of middle management. I am not a seasoned housing association wage waster.
