Image Collection - Their regional team will request current images of the disrepair via WhatsApp immediately after the initial call.
Claim Form Discussion - They will schedule a follow-up telephone call to review the claim form within one hour of receiving the images.
Document Signing - E-sign documents will be sent to you, and once you have signed them, you will be transferred to a solicitor within 24 hours.
Claim Acceptance - The solicitor will discuss your case, accept the claim, and send a draft letter of claim to GreenSquareAccord within 24 hours of receiving the signed documents.
