May 2021
Wasn’t published.
…so if there is nothing further to include in the monthly update , one will not be issued.

So perhaps there isn’t anything to publish this month. But then again perhaps there was.
Windows and Doors - On the 25th April the consultation period had come to an end meaning that GSA were now looking for providers to fix the windows (with a promised date of ‘the summer’ this update would have been reassuring.
CCTV - This had been delayed due to a Data Protection Officer (who has since left the company) who held up the installation process whilst due to a GSA oversight these cameras still couldn’t be remotely accessed as agreed. This was a chance for GSA to be honest and ‘own’ their mistakes whilst offering reassurances on the lessons learned.
Internal Painting - This has (reasonably) been pushed back due to Covid restrictions. An update to reassure the residents that this wasn’t another job that had fallen off the GSA radar, and that the door painting (a job started in 2019 but never finished) would one day be completed, perhaps a revised date as to when this would be. What s simple yet brilliant way to keep the residents informed.
Bin store doors - An explanation as to why GSA had opted to install wooden doors again.
Perhaps there were items to share since (as we know) communication is a key part of the ‘simply brilliant’ journey.
I’m in full agreement that communication is key and, as you’ll know, it’s something we’re working to improve
