Well done GreenSquareAccord!
Believe it or not I’ve wanted to write this for a while! As a resident of GreenSquareAccord I want them to do better, this is the reason behind this website, as such when there is something praiseworthy to post I will post it! It’s been a long time coming but here it is!
It started with a letter…
On the 29th June 2022 residents were written to and advised that A&E (GreenSquareAccord’s Fire and Security contractor) would need access to our homes in order to conduct a survey in relation to our fire alarm and detection equipment.
This letter was sent out without breaching any data laws! The first step in the right direction.
They honoured the agreement!
On the agreed date, at the agreed time, GreenSquareAccord and A&E actually turned up! Another step in the right direction!
They were mindful.
They agreed to pop back to our flat at a later time, due to me working from home and being on a call. Thank you.
They conducted their survey, were friendly, polite; everything you would hope to expect from a customer-facing GreenSquareAccord representative.
