Happy New Year

As 2021 comes to an end and we optimistically look to embrace 2022, I thought I’d publish what I believe to be realistic New Year resolutions for #RuthCooke and the team at #GreenSquareAccord 

1.  When you make a commitment, honour it.

2.  If you are unable to honour a commitment, acknowledge it ahead of time.

3.  When you fail to honour a commitment, apologise and learn from the short falling.

4.  Stop ignoring your residents, honour your published response times.

5.  Build bridges with your disgruntled residents, we are all in this together.

As you can see these aren’t aspirational ‘pie in the sky’ requests, but realistic expectations we’d expect from any service provider.   Can they keep them?  I hope so.
