So then why is the beautiful property for people aged 55 and over (and in some cases vulnerable) being allowed to slip into disrepair due to a lack of support and service for GSA?

Not only have these issues been reported by the residents to GSA via calls and emails, but there is also an onsite team who oversee and manage this property.

With rent and service fees being applied at what point will GSA uphold their side of this agreement?

If this neglect of duty continues how long will it be until GSA forever spoil the beautiful village of Iffley?

Is this really how GSA protect the vulnerable within our community?

If so perhaps they have forfeited that right.
