Allowed to build more homes!
I know, how can it be permitted?
If I constantly crashed your car would you keep giving me the keys? We all have our weaknesses and strengths, no dishonour in that. For example I can’t juggle or drive a train, but that’s okay as I happily avoid both activities.
Yet here we have GreenSquareAccord, who by their own words are hoping to achieve their big plans by 2026. And by big plans they actually mean a service we’ve been paying for for many years already, a service that shouldn’t be so aspirational, such basic stuff that if they weren’t already providing this level of service (and they’re not) then perhaps they should be apologising?
Here is the post that garnered little fanfare on LinkedIn and Twitter, yet on Facebook the comments posted by existing customers provide us with a valuable insight into how GreenSquareAccord are failing their current residents, and why we should all be mindful of allowing them to gain a tighter grasp on our communities.
Here is the voice of the customer:
In conclusion
Whilst it is clear to us all that we need new homes we must be careful of who we permit to build and manage these properties.
Wouldn’t it make sense to allow GreenSquareAccord the time they’ve outlined as requiring in order to provide what should be their core level of service?
Are we not putting GreenSquareAccord under further undue pressure by allowing them to build new homes with new residents?
If they are unable to provide an agreed level of service, are we not jeopardising another community by allowing it to be mismanaged by a company who is only one year into its latest corporate strategy?
