Rain on the landings!
This issue has been reported to GSA many times. The last call from GSA regarding this issue was at 16:50 on the 27th July. During this I was assured by a member of the Customer Service team that she has personally reported it to the correct team and that this would soon be fixed...

As published in the August newsletter from GSA! This is being fixed.
This is reassuring and kind of them to give us permission to use the ‘yellow switches’ (known in more professional circles and labeled as Smoke Control) however as they know from the videos sent to the senior management team on 3rd July these ‘yellow switches’ that we are free to use don’t all work, hence the flooding. It might also rain during the night when all the residents are asleep, who will wake up dress and check on the roof at 2am...
